The June streaming scene was dominated by streamers who rode out their wave of popularity after the end of the Kings World Cup in May. Celebrity collabs proved to be a great hook for viewers, with movie stars, professional footballers, and YouTubers featured in streams. Other streamers leaned into fan-favorite content to maintain their popularity.
The top 10 live streamers by their average audience throughout June are covered below:
Kai Cenat
Kai Cenat held onto the top spot for June, this time with an average minute viewership (AMA) of 120K – another massive leap of 32%. Kai Cenat backed up his Elden Ring marathon stream from May with a new marathon stream for the game’s Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, contributing 11% of all Elden RIng viewership in the DLC’s first four days. His new collaboration with Kevin Hart shattered records again, bringing in over 670K concurrent viewers as he received a surprise FaceTime call from LeBron James.
IShowSpeed
IShowSpeed is the only YouTube Gaming streamer to crack the top 10, leaping up the leaderboard to the #2 spot with an AMA of 79K. His success is built upon his IRL travel streams, globetrotting from South America to South Korea in search of the best content. His phenomenal success in June comes from his attendance at the Euros (where he met Christiano Ronaldo) and a big-name internet celebrity collaboration with Mr. Beast and KSI.
n3on
Although he rose to the #3 spot this month, n3on actually continues to lose viewership as the wave of popularity from his frequent controversial incidents dies off, sitting at an AMA of 57K for June. He landed in hot water again this month when he got into a brawl with fellow Kick streamer Jack Doherty at the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship in Florida (to be clear, they were not participating). This resulted in an immediate ban from Kick, but history suggests he will be unbanned in the coming days.
SXB
SXB held onto his top 10 standing with an AMA of 54.5K for June. The Arabic-speaking Kick streamer typically keeps his content simple, creating GTA V RPs and showing off his FPS skills in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. After the popularity of SXB’s Kings World Cup coverage, he settled back into video game content with a massive 24-hour stream playing GTA V and Supermarket Simulator.
WestCOL
Similar to SXB and Ibai, Colombian Kick streamer WestCOL got a massive boost from the Kings World Cup last month and has managed to hold onto his position with an AMA of 54K. WestCOL has been prioritizing IRL meetups in June, hanging out in Miami with former Argentinian football player Kun Agüero. Outside of this, WestCOL creates Variety content with occasional Call of Duty: Warzone gameplay.
caseoh_
Caseoh_ is the most consistent Twitch streamer on this list, continuously putting out quality content that foregrounds his gregarious, funny personality. His AMA dropped slightly from last month, sitting at 53K. Tending to focus more on chats than any particular game, caseoh_ has found his niche in casual titles like Supermarket Simulator and the recently released Rumble Club. His TikTok clips continue to attract new viewers to his channel.
ibai
As a mainstay of the top Twitch streamers, ibai regularly produces quality esports-centric content. In June, Ibai’s AMA stayed steady at 50K even after the end of the Kings World Cup event. He’s certain to shoot up the ranking next month with his hosting gig for the La Velada del Año in July.
The Dan Bongino Show
A new entrant to the top streamers list is Dan Bongino with an AMA of 50K. Dan Bongino is an outlier on this list, covering political news on his Rumble channel (a streaming service generally associated with conservative politics). The clear reason for the channel’s surge in popularity is the Biden – Trump debate that took place on the 28th of June. It’s interesting to see how live-streaming platforms may become a more influential outlet for political coverage in the future.
Jynxzi
For the past few months, Jynxzi had occupied the top of the 10 most popular streamers leaderboard, but for the first time in June he fell down to just 9th place with an AMA of 46K – 15K less than his performance in May. The continued drop in Jynxzi’s viewership most likely comes from a lack of big Rainbow Six Siege esports events for the month. Jynxzi had set out to beat Kai Cenat’s completion time for Elden Ring, but disappointed viewers when he quit the marathon playthrough halfway through.
tumblurr
Tumblurr rounds out the top ten for June with an AMA of 42K. Tumblurr primarily streams sports coverage on Twitch, although occasionally covers trendy games on live streaming like Fortnite. In June, tumblurr transitioned off of Kings World Cup coverage and jumped on the hype bandwagon for the recently announced Kings League Italia. Aside from this, tumblurr tried out the recently released Foddy-like game Chained Together.
Gaming took a backseat to IRL content in June, with streamers like WestCOL and IShowSpeed getting outdoors to make the most of the summer weather. The overall drop in viewership amongst the top 10 should be radically reversed in July when summer esports events take off and co-streamers can bring viewers back to their channels.
